What we hear most often before people pick.
What is the difference between the plans?+
Only the number of members. Every feature — including the add-on modules for dues, grants, board meetings and trips — is in every plan. We sell no module add-ons.
Can we switch plans later?+
Yes. Email support@kordinert.no and we will move the choir to another plan. If the choir grows past the member count in your plan we say so and suggest the next one — nobody gets locked out.
What happens after the trial?+
We get in touch before the 30 days are up so you can pick a plan. Your data stays untouched, and you can export it at any time.
What counts as a "member"?+
Members with status active, probation or on leave. Applicants who have not been admitted, and members who have left, do not count.
Do I need to provide a card to start the trial?+
No. The trial is fully open — no card, no commitment. When you decide to continue, you add payment details and pick a plan.
What do you not have?+
We are honest about where we fall short. The sheet-music archive, rehearsal tracks with a per-voice mixer and the score player are live, and the mobile app for iOS and Android is in beta. What we do not have: SMS, Vipps, polls, ticketing, accounting integration and Feide sign-in.
Can we import from another system?+
Yes, and it is one of our strengths. Our AI reads exports from Choirmate, Styreportalen and CSV files from Excel. It proposes voice-part mapping, detects duplicates and lets you approve before we write to the database. Typically takes 5–10 minutes for a choir of 50 members.
Where is our data stored?+
In the EU. Every choir shares a database, but with strict row-level security — no choir sees any other choir's data. The data processing agreement applies to every choir, whatever the plan.
Do you offer discounts for federations?+
Not yet. We want our first 50 paying choirs before we look at federation deals. If you are a federation and want a conversation, do reach out — we will pick it up when we have the volume to land a good deal.
